Our goal is to provide every woman with the perfect fitness workout.

You can expect lots of fun, high energy and challenging workouts at our high-intensity small group personal training sessions. Quality and joy in training are our priority. An experienced Transformation Coach leads each small group training session to ensure you are safe and motivated to bring out the best in you. In just 50 minutes, you will bring more energy, health and well-being into your everyday life.

You can expect the perfect full-body workout designed to train the female body through natural movement with us. Through High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training, we get your body to burn more fat and calories in just 50 minutes than traditional workouts that are twice as long.

Personalization is the key to success. Our training programs are adapted to your fitness level. Whether you’re new to working out or a seasoned fitness fan, our certified Transformation Coaches will
customize each workout for you to achieve your goals.

Your first training with Challenge Yourself

You can choose the date and time of your first training. To do this, you independently register online in our
Course schedule or our app. Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the start of the training. Our trainers are waiting for you and will guide you through your first training session. It is

Especially important to us that you have a good start in training. Let us know if you have any questions. We’ll be happy to help. Apart from sportswear, clean sports shoes and a water bottle, you don’t need to bring anything.
