Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is designed to give you the confidence to choose a subscription.

If you decide to subscribe to Bootcamp, you can cancel your Bootcamp subscription after the first month if you are not 100% convinced of our training.
However, to qualify for the 100% satisfaction guarantee, you
must have participated in at least 8 training sessions in the first month of membership.

What happens if I become pregnant or seriously injured, or otherwise incapacitated?2022-04-07T15:11:28+02:00

Suppose you have taken out a Bootcamp subscription. In that case, you can cancel your Bootcamp subscription by providing a medical confirmation of pregnancy and giving one month’s notice. The same applies if a medical certificate confirms that you are not allowed to do any sports for at least 3 months. For other injuries, we will gladly adapt the program to you.
If you have a Bootcamp Unlimited subscription, you can pause your subscription once a year for one month. To take your break month, you must notify us in writing no later than 2 weeks before the start Break month inform about it in writing. During the break month, you cannot participate in the training and you cannot book lessons. During the break month, your monthly fee will be charged. At the end of your subscription, you will train for one month for free. Please note that the pause extends the contract period of your subscription by one month.

To participate in our training, you simply register via our website or app.

You decide when you want to start your training. You simply choose the desired location and secure your Free Week. After “purchasing” the Free Week, please sign up for your first training session.

We recommend that you use our Challenge Yourself Bootcamp app to book and reschedule your workouts. Finally, we wish you a lot of fun challenging Yourself.

With our subscription, you commit for 12 months and get 8 or total units per month at a preferential price. In addition, you will have 2 successful meetings to discuss progress regularly. The success meetings cost € 79- per year.

At least 4 weeks before the end of the 12 months, you have to let us know if you want to cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription, your subscription will be renewed for another 12 months.

You can easily purchase the subscription through the Challenge Yourself Bootcamp app or our website.

You can sign up for your workouts either through our website or our app. We recommend you challenge Yourself
Bootcamp app, as you will get a lot of additional information about the workout in the app. You can also unsubscribe only via our app or

Website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to unsubscribe by e-mail.
Please note that training sessions must be canceled at least 6 hours before the start of the session. Otherwise, the visit will be charged.

The easiest way to do this is via our app. You cancel your booked training session and register for another lesson.

Yes, our workouts are suitable for any fitness level. So please don’t worry if you haven’t exercised in a long time.

With the Bootcamp Challenge, you get unlimited access to our training for 28 days.

With the Bootcamp subscription, the units are valid for one month. After that, next month you will get new units again. Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the validity of unused units.
